Abstract
To meet the requirements for being geared to the international standards and for self-development of an enterprise, it becomes more and more common for an enterprise to execute EPC projects. Comparing with the traditional patterns of contract, the owners will not involve in the specific process of project in EPC model, so the decision risk of the owners is increased. Through analyzing of EPC contract model, entropy weight theory is introduced into risk decision of EPC project. In the absence of index weight given by experts, multiple EPC schemes are evaluated and ranked sequence with risk level closeness degree effectively by the entropy weight model, and the optimum scheme is obtained definitely.
