Abstract :
A single light path quantum efficiency measurement system, which has the properties of high test speed, high precision and good repetition, has been designed and successfully developed basing the monolithic structure of the multi-junction solar cell in order to realize its spectrum responses measurement. The principle of the quantum efficiency measurement was expatiated, and the structure of the measurement system was illustrated in detail. Further more, the use of bias lights and bias voltage, and the choice of the standard cells have been discussed particularly. The control software developed by Visual Basic language was also introduced. Finally, the system was successfully used to take the measurement of GaInP/GaAs/Ge three-junction solar cell, whose quantum efficiency curves for all sub-cells were obtained.
