Abstract :
Expo-china.com, a Chinese internet e-commerce company to offer all exhibition-related information and services, including exhibition information, industry dynamics, exhibition services, exhibition venues, the industry supply and demand, industry forums, exhibition of talents, and so on, was built in May 2003. Now, Expo-china publishes more than 40,000 pieces of information of above the national medium-scale exhibition, and organizes more than 1000 online exhibition games every year. This paper analyzes the running model of Expo-china comprehensively from the perspective of technology, management, capital, operation and cooperation. Based on the analysis and current development trend of e-commerce enterprises, this paper puts forward with some suggestions for Expo-china.
