Abstract :
Electronic publishing has been highly developed because of the clipping pace of the modern technology. And there is always the opinion that electronic publishing will take the place of the traditional way totally and be the perfect way to bring out knowledge. But as a study on its development, the scientists have successfully explored its deficits and worked on how to correct and further developed it.
