Abstract :
The plastic injection process is rather complex, so need to consider many factors in the simulation, then how to optimize the parameters and get the best results for the injection molding, need comprehensive consideration. If consider the deformation of the mold itself in the simulation, still need to use multiple software and appropriate data processing, to make the results of the analysis more realistic and reliable. In this paper, use two practical examples to specify.
