Abstract :
Summary form only given. Plasma parameters in nanosecond discharge in He gas at pressure of 105 Pa, initiated by high-voltage pulse with amplitude up to 160 kV and duration of 5 ns at Full Width at Half Maximum, were studied employing visible spectroscopy. Total of 7 of He I spectral lines in the visible range were investigated with time resolution of 1 ns and spatial resolution of 1 mm. Using the Stark broadening analysis of spectral lines, the plasma electron density evolution was calculated along with peak line opacities and low-frequency electric field presenting in the plasma. The results imply a complex structure of the discharge channel with regions of different plasma densities.
