Abstract :
Summary form only given. Fluorescence lifetime provides valuable local metabolic information in tumors embedded in tissue for biodiagnostic applications. We propose performing frequency-domain measurements of fluorescence light propagation to reconstruct maps or images of fluorescence lifetime.
