Abstract
In this paper, two different IIP2 calibration methods for Gilbert cell type mixers with current-mode output are presented. The first method controls the transconductance of the mixer input stage and the second method the LO signal, respectively. Both methods are also suitable for the resistively loaded Gilbert cell mixer, which has a voltage-mode output.
