Abstract
We present a fast iterative method for MMIC and iris circuit analysis. A numerical method, based on electro-magnetic wave diffraction and an iterative formulation, allows the analysis of characteristic iris circuits and complex multilayer integrated circuits with fast computation time. The obtained results are good agreement with both theoretical analysis and CAD simulations.
