  • Abstract
This paper presents a current-mode multifunction biquadratic filter with multiple inputs and multiple outputs using a single modified current differencing transconductance amplifier and two grounded capacitors. The proposed circuit provides following advantages: low number of active and passive elements; realization of lowpass, bandpass, highpass, bandstop and allpass filtering functions; employment of grounded capacitors which is suitable for integrated circuit implementation; no requirement with the component-matching conditions and the inverting-type input signals; electronic control of the natural frequency; low active and passive sensitivities. The PSPICE simulation using standard CMOS technology is performed to confirm the workability of the proposed universal filter.
