  • Abstract
    We propose a joint inter-channel nonlinearity equalizer based on Volterra series for polarization-division-multiplexed (PDM) wavelength-division-multiplexing (WDM) transmission. The equalization effectiveness is validated through numerical simulation of 20Gbit/s PDM-16QAM Nyquist single carrier frequency division equalization (SCFDE) systems.
