Abstract :
The problem of stabilizing a discrete time linear system by a limited rate feedback is solved in the literature using various approaches, all yielding the same result in term of the minimum rata rate required to obtain the stabilization. In this contribution we will propose an optimal control strategy which enables to improve the performance of the control system which is based of a randomization of the quantizer
