Abstract :
Summary form only given. In conclusion, we report the demonstration of all-optical switching in an AlGaAs planar optical waveguide based on the mutual dragging of two spatial solitons. For higher peak powers, or a longer sample, a larger switching contrast from soliton dragging should be possible.
