Abstract :
The stability and Hinfin state-feedback controller synthesis problem for linear parameter varying (LPV) systems with time varying delays is addressed. It is assumed that the state space data are dependent on parameters that are measurable in real-time. The delay-dependent stability and induced Lscr2 norm performance are explored using Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. In addition, the design of parameter dependent state-feedback controllers that guarantee stability and desired induced Lscr2 norm performance is examined. Both analysis and synthesis conditions are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) that can be solved via efficient interior-point algorithms. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate that the proposed results are less conservative than past results
