Abstract :
An implementation of a fourport multistate-reflectometer using dielectric guide for the frequency band 75-140 GHz is discussed. The authors focus on the realization of a phase shifter, as this component had not previously had an equivalent for use with dielectric waveguides. The characteristics of the final instrument were measured at intermediate frequencies and a calibration was performed at 94 GHz. Measurement results are in good agreement with theory.<>
