Abstract
Summary form only given. In this work, we have observed ultrafast establishment of in-well screening in a MQW structure consisting of 40 101-/spl Aring/ CdTe quantum wells separated by 950-/spl Aring/: CdMnTe (x=17.5%) barriers. Pump probe transmission experiments were performed at 15 K with use of a colliding pulse mode locked laser.
