Abstract
The effectiveness and limitations of the GTEM cell as a tool for measuring radiated emissions from computer systems is discussed. A description of the GTEM cell, the theory, and operation are detailed. Comparison to existing tools, procurement, and GTEM methodology/procedures are discussed. GTEM versus open-air test site (OATS) test data comparisons are given, and GTEM cell error sources are detailed
