Abstract :
Multiplexed linear arrays of 300 InGaAs photodiodes are being developed by Thomson-CSF for implementation in the French SPOT IV remote sensing satellite. The performance of these arrays is presented : spectral response extends from 0.9 to 1.70 µm, NEP is below 3.10-13W per pixel and dynamic range exceeds 1000, at room temperature. Non-linearity is below 1% and the device is basically protected against blooming. These modules are buttable with one single dead pixel at the splice.
