Abstract
In this paper, we propose the method of an improvement of 3D sound orchestra for two channel headphones in the cyber space. We set up the musical instruments with piano, cellos, and violins in virtual sphere space to carry out the performance. Sounds from each instrument are convolved with HRTF (head related transfer function) and is mixed by using the Sound Forge Software. We analyze the effects of the sound characteristics of each instrument location for 3D sound listening
