Abstract :
The paper describes a platform-independent server of remote educational services based on the usage of Internet technologies and includes the following components. Firstly, the database contains: documentation; educational schedules; registration data; statistics; and a rating. The knowledge base contains: the educational programs of training; the tests; check programs; the lectures; the literature on the curriculum; and Internet reference. The supervision of training includes: check of the test and check jobs (definitions) with usage of semantic algorithms estimation quality answers; a complex rating. The self-learning retrieval system includes: with temporary limitation (continuous search, search about the defined day, month, year); with limitation on size; selection with the analysis of the seen (overlooked) documents; search with usage of the previous searches. The information protection system involves a system of passwords with limited access to the information (at a level of the user, user group and administrator)
