Discusses the development of a computer system for collecting and processing technical and economic information. The components of the system, the functions of its separate parts, its areas of application, and the necessities that led to the creation of the system are considered. The universality of the computer system is shown. Its integrated function chart is given. The question of forecasting is considered and a schematic of the forecasting process is given
