Abstract :
This paper presents a double-sampling switched-current integrator which is used to implement a second-order sigma-delta modulator. The effects of the non-ideal behavior of switched-current circuits can be summarized in a signal-dependent and independent error. Leaky integrators are the result of the signal-dependent error. It is shown that the double-sampling integrator can reduce the leak factor to the half
