Abstract :
In radiation therapy, excessive radiation occurs because the actual delivered dose to the tumor isn´t known. Therefore a patient suffers from side effects. To solve this problem, the system in which the delivered dose is measured inside the body and the dose data are transmitted from inside to outside of the body is needed during radiation therapy. If the system is realized, it is possible to treat cancer safely and effectively. In this work, the wireless communication system by magnetic fields to transmit radiation dose data obtained inside the body was studied and the integrating circuit to amplify the output signal from a X-ray detector was examined. As a result, the communication distance of 200 mm was obtained in the physiological salt solution and the integrating circuit amplified the output from X-ray detector. In conclusion, the communication distance of 200 mm that we need was realized in the body and the delivered dose could be determined from the output of the integrating circuit.
