  • Abstract
A Digital-to-Analog conversion technique is introduced, based on the ability of the Multiple-Input Floating Gate MOS (FGMOS) transistors of processing a weighted sum of input voltages. A 6-bit D/A converter designed using this technique is described, and experimental results that verify its operation are provided. Measured DNL and INL were 0.15-LSB and 0.6-LSB, respectively
