Abstract :
We propose the merging of millimeter-wave broadband fiber-radio systems with WDM access networks at 25 GHz channel spacing. We investigate the performance characteristics of such fiber-radio systems experimentally and via simulation. The overall performance exhibits a penalty of < 2 dB.
