Notice of Retraction

A closed-loop supply chain network includes two firms, who are involved in the manufacture and remanufacturing heterogeneous products. The network comprises operation links to represent business activities. We present the models prior to horizontal merger and post two firms merged. The variational inequality formulations of the models are given. We illustrate the proposed models with numerical example.
