Abstract :
Combination of wavelet packet theory and through deep analysis of distribution network single-phase ground short circuit transient process, a new line selection method which bases on wavelet packet feature band extraction and singularity analysis is proposed .The method of the line selection basic, principle as well as step are introduced. The simulation experiment indicates that this method improves accuracy and reliability of the single-phase ground short circuit. It will have perfect application prospect and value.
