This paper introduces the integration management theory into the field of industry reputation management. The main idea of this paper is to integrate the reputation management activities of the companies that are in the same industry to form an industry reputation integration organization. The integration organization utilizes pan-border network organizational structure, industry reputation strategy alliance, to be the form of organizational structure. The industry reputation strategy alliance makes use of the contracts made among the member companies as the tangible institutions, uses reputation mechanism as the core stimulus-control mechanism, adopts the cooperation advancement and rigid cool tactics to preserve the alliance long-term stability and promote its development. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to manage and amplify company´s reputation through industry reputation integration management to finally bring a win-win situation for all the companies in the same industry.
