Abstract :
In this paper, we proposed a new algorithm based on the modern heuristic method to build restoration procedures for a distribution network in case of a large-scale outage. This new algorithm is named ´dynamic area determination algorithm based on incremental expansion approach.´ This algorithm is based on an optimization approach. Experiments with an actual scale distribution network show that available restoration procedures can be provided within reasonable time
