Abstract
The Internet browsers so commonly added to desk top computer software packages and the growth of the Internet itself have brought significant changes to the power utility environment. Both the business and technical side of the business have benefited from this development. The Internet culture has brought us the IntraNet resource. The corporation uses the WAN as the internal Internet and springboards off Internet browser mentality to make the IntraNet an enterprise wide resource. The author describes, using the experience of DTE Energy, the corporate IntraNet, home pages and work group home pages, and a special applications of IntraNet access
