It´s our great pleasure and honour to welcome you to the 2014 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications co-organized by the IEEE Communications Society, together with the Radio-Electronics Association of Vietnam and Posts & Telecommunications Institute of Technology of Vietnam. Started in 2008, the conference has made a great tour across Vietnam, for better promoting its scientific development. This year the 7th meeting- the ATC/REV 2014 is now back again to Hanoi from October 15th to 17th 2014. Teeming with culture, history, and nightlife, Hanoi offers a fantastic introduction to Vietnam. You will have a good opportunity to explore and enjoy Hanoi´s dynamic and expansive culture during your stay here.
