Abstract :
A read/write current-mode active analog memory is introduced here. Input currents are associated with reproducing voltages, which are stored in data capacitors being refreshed. The refresh mechanism detects charge leakage on a reference capacitor and triggers recharging of each capacitor. The retention time is finite and extendible by design trade-off
