Abstract :
This paper aims at the design and implementation of the utilities, in particular electricity dues payment system using the Automated Teller Machine. This also aims at providing an integrated framework for the due payment using the automated teller machine. The main of this system rests in providing an immediate availability of an option to the end user for payment of electricity dues at any instance of time period. The main attempt here is made to provide a design for a framework that will well integrate with and provide a convenient way of using the automated teller machine for the purpose of payment of utility services. This design consideration is also helpful in providing an alternative and an instant way for payment of the utilities that are important in the day today affairs of human life such as electricity dues by the end user. This paper contains a design consideration of the electricity dues payment using Automated Teller Machine with the help of the RESTful web services to improve the performance.
