Abstract :
In the world of increasing international competition, firms must improve their export efficiency if they are to survive as exporters. One way of increasing export performance is to use more effective export marketing strategies. Therefore the study attempts to provide more insight into export performance and marketing strategies. This study identifies the significant predictors of export performance on marketing strategies of leather exporting firms in Chennai. The data for the study were collected from 309 leather and leather products exporting firms. The results indicate that there are significant predictors of export performance on marketing strategies of leather and leather products.
