Abstract
The motivation of the special session was to allow engineering educators and researchers to explore different cultural perspectives of engineering ethics, and understand how that would affect both individual and team ethical decision-making. This will inform how we teach and assess engineering ethics, especially in diverse project teams, and equip educators with tools for using these instruments as part of the student learning. The special session format will allow for discussion and debate on the appropriateness for diverse student teams.
