Abstract :
This research will be focusing into the District Municipal Council (PBT) portal where it will evaluate the design that implement and find whether it is suite and usable to the user to use their portal. PBT are one of the government organizations that work really closed with the citizen and their need to give services in efficient way by providing online services.
