Abstract :
Characteristics of ground penetrating radar (GPR) in leakage contamination of Guiyang Shengfu gasoline station was discussed. Study revealed that GPR is an important means to detect leakages of underground storage tanks. The authors pointed out that monitoring wells should be established to monitor gas stations no matter old or new to take precautions for contamination.
