Abstract :
Currents on thin wire structures such as antennas are traditionally formulated and solved via integral equations and the method of moments (MoM). This paper shows that there exist differential equations which are strictly on surface and are equivalent to those integral equations. The special features of the differential equations at the bends and ends of thin wire structures are and discussed
