Abstract :
Commercial negotiations online, relative to traditional commercial negotiations which takes a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, are more in line with today´s modern society which advocate low-carbon life. In this paper, an architecture of online negotiation process based on electronic contracts is designed form a Chinese perspective. To make sure that the confidentiality, integrity and non-repudiation of e-contracts, the system used the technology of electronic signature to achieve the contract signed online, realizing third-part storage of e-contracts and implementing verification online and offline. This system made that independent preservation of electronic evidence in third party and contract signing electronically possible so that achieve a breakthrough in negotiations of commercial application.
