Abstract :
This article firstly proposes a new characterizing method of microwave nonlinear circuits, namely large-signal scattering function. Then, it introduces the test system of the scattering functions. Finally, we build a mathematic model of microwave large-signal scattering functions using various artificial neural networks (ANNs) with the obtained data.
