Abstract :
In OFDM systems, because of sensitivity to frequency offset, frequency offset must be compensated before DFT is demodulated in the receiver. In this paper we described a new technique to estimate frequency offset using more than two repeated data symbols. We also discussed different strategies for observation to obtain our estimation. Computer simulation shows our algorithm can obtain good performance both in Gaussian environment and multipath environment
