Abstract
Based upon the strategic significance of enterprises, setting about from the core competence of them, we carried on an empirical analysis to the factors which affect the quality. In this empirical research, we analyzed the 2001y-to-2003y data which come from selected 20 electronic enterprises and are related to the process of enterprise operation. In addition, the evaluation result of the "TOP-100 list of Chinese electronic enterprise on quality" is adopted for this analysis. On the basis of the empirical analysis, through a comparison between the theoretical result and the empirical result, the paper has offered some enlightenment to the improvement of quality management system under the environment of China.
