Abstract :
Coherent optical OFDM (CO-OFDM) is considered as a pathway toward future 1-Tb/s Ethernet transport. CO-OFDM over the multimode-fiber is envisaged as a candidate to overcome the capacity barrier of 100-Tb/s per fiber for long-haul transmission.
