Abstract :
There are "telematics gateway and framework" and "world telematics protocol" suggested as solutions for open telematics system. We developed an open telematics system based on the gateway and framework which is not dependant on a specific mobile network and is interoperable with other telematics systems. We also extended world telematics protocol for mobile office service which is one of the most important telematics services
