Abstract :
This paper describes techniques which allow the traceable measurement, at low uncertainty values, of attenuation levels up to at least 140 dB at frequencies from 0.5 MHz to 100 MHz. In addition the techniques allow the phase changes through the attenuator to be measured accurately at the high attenuation levels.<>
