Abstract :
Firstly, the integration of MRPII and JIT using the basic resource of the BOM is provided after analyzing the characteristics of the automobile assembling enterprise. Then the key business process after reengineered is showed, and the logistics management information system of modern enterprise with the BOM is built for optimizing the logistics management of the enterprise. Lastly the detailed realization process of this system is provided.
