Abstract :
By calculating circulation industrial energy consumption intensity and decomposing circulation industrial energy consumption, this article analyzes dynamically the energy consumption status of China´s circulation industry in recent years. The results show that the energy efficiency is low and the extensive mode of growth with high consumption as well as high investment has not been fundamentally changed in China´s circulation industry. Based on grey relational analysis, the result shows that the correlation degree of circulation industry and electricity is the strongest, and natural gas is the weakest followed by coal. Regarding this, the article puts forward a few corresponding proposals, such as taking practical measures to eliminate institutional barriers in the process of development and utilization of new energy, reducing the dependence of circulation economy growth on energy, increasing circulation industrial investment in energy-saving technological transformation, and so on.
