Abstract :
Many obstacles to online arbitration face China. But the main obstacle is not technological one but legal. This article examines the legal obstacles to online arbitration in China. It concludes that China should strive to get rid of the obstacles in legality, authenticity, equity and supervision in a bid to boost online arbitration.
