Abstract :
E-learning makes it easier for service enterprises to access and update their knowledge. They will adapt to the changing market environment easily. And E-learning also helps enterprises establish long-term core competitiveness and build leading market position. This means that E-learning will have a significant impact on the dynamic ability of the service enterprises. In this paper, the dynamic ability of service enterprises will be divided into four elements: building ability, integrating ability, re-configuring ability and continuously innovating ability. Deep study will be conducted on the basis of this.
