  • Abstract
In the late 1970s, the concept of technological innovation systems was formed and established just because national innovation systems theory was put forward. People understanding the process of technological innovation went through the development process as follows: from linear, deterministic model of development, to random model, then to self-organization evolution, etc. The Process of technological innovation is open, non-reversible and non-equilibrium, with nonlinear and random “fluctuation” action mechanism, and it is a kind of process of self-organization evolution from old structural instability to new structure establishment. The paper expatiates that technological innovation process was evolutional process of system, dynamic, self-organization, mainly studies internal and external mechanism of self-organization evolutional motive from three aspects which are fluctuation factors, micro- fluctuation amplification conditions and instability. Finally the thesis concludes models of it.
